If the product you purchased didn’t meet your needs, we want to know about it.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products. If you need to return a product, just follow these simple steps:
- Print out and complete the relevant sections on the “Return Material Authorization (RMA)”, indicate your preference as to exchange or refund. Refunds are offered by way of company check and are subject to a *Restocking Fee of 25.0% of the original purchase price. Note that refund processing can take 4-6 weeks and unfortunately we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges.
- Call us at #(512) 261-3863 or fax the RMA form to #(888) 691-0907 within 30 days of the invoice date to receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Re-pack the item in its original carton, along with all manuals and related material. Please write down the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the returned package and include a copy of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) in the box with all other products and materials.
*Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 25.0% restocking fee. Also, liability for lost or damaged return items belongs to the customer.
